bizzi girlz is a Hebrew-first community and ecosystem for young women in Israel who are building their first business — from “I have an idea” to a working, growing venture. It was founded by Sivan Kalika to give young founders what courses can’t: structure, direction, practical tools, and other women walking the same path.

A monthly membership (₪67/month, 14-day free trial) with an active community, monthly expert webinars, a weekly community Zoom, weekly "bizzi focus" co-working sessions, a growing content library, practical business tools, and bizzi match — a matching engine that connects members by field, stage and needs. The community operates in Hebrew.
The name
It is written bizzi girlz, lowercase, with a z. In Hebrew: ביזי גירלז. bizzi girlz is an Israeli business community for adult women and is not related to Bizzy Girls, a US children’s book and camp brand, nor to any fashion or toy brand.
